Size Guide

Make Sure You Choose the Right Garage Door Size (WxH)

Before installing your cover, make sure you’ve selected the correct size based on your actual garage door, not the trim or frame.

Example: If your door measures 9 ft wide by 8 ft tall, select the 9x8 ft option — even though the banner will be slightly smaller to fit the visible panel area cleanly.

Common Garage Door Sizes:

  • Single Garage: 8x7 ft or 9x8 ft
  • Double Garage: 16x7 ft or 16x8 ft

If you’re between sizes, go slightly smaller for width to keep it snug without bunching, and slightly taller for height (by 2–3 inches) so you can place the velcro higher or on the top edge of the door. It might leave some gaps on the edges, which is not a big deal- people do this all the time.

Please note that the mentioned sizes in dropdowns are door sizes and not cover sizes. The covers are made slightly smaller than the doors for a better fit and look. There might be some space left on the edges. They are sized for all kinds of doors, including the ones with weather strips, so they will not fit all doors the same. The cover measurements can vary depending on whether they're taken after stretching the cover properly or not.

📏 How to Measure Your Garage Door :

Measure your door from inside your garage with the door fully closed.

Width (W): From the left edge to the right edge of the actual garage door panel
Height (H): From the ground up to the top edge of the panel

Do not include side trim, weatherstripping, or the wall frame.
